Internship Starting August 30, 2010

In addition to the Summer Evangelism Internship, we offer an internship starting on August 30, 2010 and ending on May 30, 2011. Interns can expect the training to provide the following opportunities:

Growth in character and gifting to help direct them towards God’s plan for their life.
The possibility to renew their internship for a second year. The maximum internship period is two years.
Challenged and coached how to raise financial support. Faith is a big part of the internship. Learning to trust God to provide will be a foundation. Interns are responsible to raise their own support so that they can learn to grow in kingdom risk taking.
A specific mentor who will meet with them a minimum of twice a month. Interns and mentors will be strategically matched together to suit the training focus of the intern.
Receive performance evaluations each semester to develop character and gifting.
Read and review a minimum of 1 book each semester.
Interns will participate in the churches other training opportunities.
Interns will carry weekly responsibility during the Sunday gathering.
Interns will be involved in multiple aspects of church life.
Interns will assist all leaders with assigned tasks and random things that come up.

There are no guaranteed paid/staff positions upon completion of the internship.
